Welcome to our family of outpatient rehabilitation clinics!  We are delighted to have you join us as a new employee and look forward to what we hope is the beginning of a long-term and mutually beneficial career with our company.  Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon a successful background check (conducted via a separate email link).

To expedite the on-boarding process, we ask that you take roughly 15-30 minutes to login to this on-boarding portal to complete most of your new hire documentation electronically. 

Note that you will need to create/reset your password.  To do so, please follow the steps below:

  • Enter your e-mail address or your login name.
  • Click Login to be directed to a different iCIMS page.
  • Click on "Reset your password" and then click on Send Email
  • You will receive an e-mail from PT Recruiters: no-reply@icims.com. The e-mail will contain a link to reset your password. Click on the link.
  • Enter your new password and re-enter the new password. The password must contain at least 8 characters and at least 3 of the following: lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers, and/or special characters (ex. !@#%&*).
  • Click Reset password to complete the process. 

While in the portal, please take the time to enter and/or check the information we may already have for you in your Employee Profile.  If there are any corrections to be made (name, contact information, etc.), please feel free to make the changes directly and save them to update our records.  You will also be alerted to online forms, called iForms, that we ask you to complete (W-4, I-9, Direct Deposit form, etc.) electronically.  Taking the time to complete these now will significantly cut down on the time necessary to get you up and running on your first day.  You may complete everything in one sitting, but please note that the portal does allow you to save, exit and return at any point should you need to step away and return later.  Simply remember to save your work prior to exiting, and you may come back at any time to complete the rest.
